Refund Policy
Sowdambiga Jewellers follows a product-specific refund process because gold and silver jewellery prices depend on live metal rates, craftsmanship, and customization.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds apply only where an order is cancelled before dispatch, a paid order cannot be fulfilled, or a return is approved under the applicable returns and exchange terms. Custom-made, resized, engraved, altered, and special-order jewellery is generally not eligible for refund unless damaged or incorrectly delivered.
Refund Method & Timeline
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method wherever technically possible. Bank, card, UPI, and wallet settlement timelines vary by payment provider and typically reflect within 5 to 10 business days after approval.
Deductions If Applicable
Where a return is accepted after dispatch, any non-refundable making charges, certification expenses, resized-item labour, outward or return logistics, insurance cost, or payment-gateway charges may be adjusted if clearly disclosed at the time of approval.
