Cancellation Policy
Because jewellery pricing is linked to live rates and certain pieces may require rapid internal processing, order cancellation is time-sensitive.
Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled by contacting our team before dispatch confirmation. If the item has not entered final packing, hallmarking, or shipping, we will confirm the cancellation and begin the applicable refund process.
Custom & Fast-Moving Rate Orders
Orders placed against live metal rates, custom designs, advance bookings, personalised items, or pieces already processed for dispatch may not be cancellable once production, polishing, hallmarking, or shipping arrangements have begun.
Cancellation By Seller
We may cancel an order if there is a pricing or stock mismatch, payment verification issue, delivery-service restriction, or compliance concern. In such cases, the customer will be informed and eligible payments will be refunded as per the refund policy.
